About Us.
Handwritten & Co. is an independent, print literary magazine based in Pakistan. We compile the finest new voices in poetry, memoir, criticism and short fiction, one issue at a time. Perfect-bound issues are released annually in the summer.
Each issue usually contains two interviews, and dozens of pieces from our talented contributors. Our reading period spans the months of June, July, January, February.
Some notable writers featured in our pages include Diane Seuss, Shangyang Fang, Kelli Russell Agodon, Awais Khan, Jeremy Radin, and David M. Brunson, among many others.

[Founder + Editor-in-chief]: Ali Nasir is a poet and editor based in Lahore, Pakistan. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in Pleiades, Narrative, Litro, and Salamander, among other venues. Additionally, there are four (rotating) volunteer readers, who are the first ones to read—and further recommend— work submitted to the journal.
